"The property has recently changed hands, and the new owners/operators are in the midst of that transition. The property was clean and the room photos were accurate. I would recommend to the operators that they re-install the closets and hangers; luckily, I only stayed for one night but if the trip had been longer that would have been a big disappointment and disadvantage for the stay. We didn't eat breakfast at the property, so I don't have an opinion on that, but the food area was clean and looked to be sufficient to serve the guests. I wish the new owners well on this endeavor and I would stay at the property again if I'm ever in Dubuque."

"I believe the property has been purchased by a different group. It seems like the maintenance in and out of the building are not kept to the standard that I was used to. I did not recognize any of the staff this time that I’ve come to know over the last four years of staying there."
