Staff was extra friendly and helpful, always available at front desk. In the main check in area, free self-serve coffee, tea, and cold beverages were offered. "We absolutely loved our stay at Cross Suites! The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo Skytree, and plenty of shopping and restaurants. There was a 7-Eleven practically across the street, and taxis were always easy to find. Our room was lovely, modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. We had three separate beds, which can be difficult to find in Tokyo, and really appreciated the separate living area with a couch, table, kitchenette, and fridge. The...

"Great location with ease of access to several Tokyo areas and walking distance to some; Tsujiki market is a 30 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was big enough for a family of 4 ( 2 beds and bunk beds) Mattress was very hard but I enjoyed it and the separate shower, sink, toilet areas made mornings easy. There is also the convenience of the small in-room kitchen if you're planning to cook. Price was average for Tokyo but expensive when compared to other places."
