"Rooms are clean but very dated. The hotel is centrally located and within walking to local eateries and the night market. This is good as everything inside the hotel is very overpriced. I Breakfast was ok but not worth the money if not included in the room for free. The beach is eroded which is a shame. The pool so very nice. I previously stayed at the Hard Rock and found that to be better value for money. "

"This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent."

"The rooms and lifts need a complete refresh and deep clean. Paint was peeling off walls and the bathroom in particular was quite dirty. No toothbrush/toothpaste/handsoap/tote bag. 3 lifts servicing 42 floors meant the wait time was long. The shampoo and conditioner were in old water bottles. The furniture however was comfortable and amazing view."

"Hotel needs to get more new bath towels and provide wash cloth and hand towels. Also had to ask for shampoo and body wash gel. Towels are very very old. Shower does not work properly. Room gets very hot, ac only works when in room with room key, should have better system. Location was great but won’t stay here again"
