Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol. "Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes sauberes Zimmer mit netten Annehmlichkeiten, z.B. bereit gestelltes Gurkensandwich bei der Ankunft, kostenloser Tee vor der Tür am Morgen, mit Getränken gefüllter Kühlschrank. Sehr gut fußläufig in der Nähe der Bahnhöfe Kings Kross, St. Pancras und Euston gelegen. Einziges Manko war, dass das Standardzimmer wirklich sehr klein ist und man Gepäck kaum unter bekommt. Sonst wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen."
