Hotel Iberostar di Cancun

"Where do I start. Rooms were super dirty they had to move us to another room. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there they barely wanted us to order drinks especially in the pool area. We were 11 of us so yes they are a lot of drinks to make but it should come with an attitude when making the drinks especially when it’s all inclusive. I didn't like that all the restaurants were located at selection, which was the non adult and the staff at ose restaurants besides the hibachi restaurant need A LOT more training.
