"I needed somewhere that was able to do late check-ins, as I had a long drive late at night to get there - this hotel appears to have round the clock reception, and it was no trouble arriving late at night (after 11pm) - hotel's own website claims 24/7 reception desk, which reassured me. Room was great except the window frame really needed replacing (old wooden frame with cracks and rots in several places, and a latch that was broken so window could not close firmly and leaked cold air from...

"Chambre propre et agréable avc petite attention ( bouilloire, different stick café normal et décaféiné, thé, stick sucre roux et blanc avc petit cube de lait.
Le matin petit déjeuner ce qui est très agréable different choses bonne à manger (inclus séjour) pour le déjeuner et dîner en sup réservation restaurant.
Seul petit bémol je dirais que le mur entre 2 chambres sont très fin et que l'on entend tous (conversation, -18ans...etc) aussi la propre de la douche (moisissures au niveau des joins...

"A little out of the way from the city centre, but that can be resolved via a short cab ride. Excellent customer service and amazing rooms make up for it and there is plenty of parking. Definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the Voco Reading by IHG. "
