"I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "

"Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"

"This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to...

"Wow what an amazing experience. The wellness rereat is so tranquil and peaceful; a little piece of paradise right in town. The cottages; I stayed in the Toucan are beautiful well equiped and so comfortable. The gardens are spectacular with so many neat little trails, sitting spots and a labyrinth, two fresh water pools. The staff are very welcoming a big shout out to Marco who took the time to chat every time I passed. You must try the food at Marthas Cafe freshly prepared and so delicious...
