"Internet badly .just cool water en shower not good . Ac not working correctly . Kitchen sink dropped water. Not security in hotels at nights. No personal working in lobby after 7pm . (Not professional) The Hotels services needs help .."

"No cable.. return to property at 10:45 pm the gate was closed. I had to open the gate to enter the property. Pathway to my room was dark. I found this to be unsafe. Overall staff members were pleasant.. property needs to be renovated. Poorly kept."

"Quiet and secluded the hotel is awesome place for some time away from the world and truly enjoy the carribean paradise that Jamaica is. You'll never meet friendlier people that will welcome tourists with open arms. JUSt go there not enough words to describe the amazing experience i had. (Very easy to find herbs if you need anything ask for Kelly by the beach, he'll take care of you real good )"

"We had a three night stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort to celebrate my mother’s 89th birthday and the staff was amazing. They treated us like family and we really enjoyed our stay with all the amenities. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with a superb service and also enjoyed their amazing pool/ beach upstairs and their excellent service at the infinity beach bar and grill! We should definitely repeat this wonderful experience in the heart of Curaçao again! "

"The hotel was a very good one. The service was excellent all the way around. The hotel was clean, and the staff was attentive. The front desk was very responsive and polite addressing every concern that I needed answers or help with. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. Our room had a shower as well as a tub. The ocean view was spectacular. There were restaurants in the hotel that served good food. I strongly recommend this hotel it is clean, safe and in a very good location around many shops within walking distance."
