"There is no face-to-face contact. They do business through a small window. There was only one towel, two if you include the wet towel in the room. The door frame was being help together with duck tape. The room was cold and smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking room. None of the furniture, the refrigerator leaked and the freezer part was encased in about 2 1/2 inches of ice. And there was NO smoke detector."
