"So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for...

"The property itself was great as far as there was a pub, a coffee shop, several restaurants, live music, etc. We didn’t like the beds. They were hard, as were the pillows. Also requested microwave that was not in room when we got there. They said it would be there that night, but it wasn’t. Had to ask again. Also had put some food in the refrigerator, to notice the next morning that the refrigerator wasn’t cold and had to throw the food out. No explanation for this, but the water in the shower...

"The description of the hotel is somewhat misleading. It appears to be a timeshare facility. If you’re looking for a casino, shops and restaurants, we didn’t see them. Those are right next door at the Flamingo. Our included “breakfast” consisted of going to the small hotel store and getting a free cup of coffee, pastry and small bottle of juice from the refrigerator. Staff was very polite and friendly. Facility well maintained and clean."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return."
