"Alot cheaper than the casino hotels, but with the in and out parking privileges ($20 a night) we were able to drive to our concert and back. If you ever want to arrive by train, the station is connected to the convention center (which is where the parking is) and is DIRECTLY across from the Sheraton. Right beside the shopping mall."

"I celebrate my birthday Juneteenth my husband and I.. To my surprise bottle champagne, beautiful Handwritten card and 4 cupcakes wrapped so ever beautiful!!! Was left in our room... Room very clean great and staff everything right @ your feet without being in a hotel that's Inside the casino!!!"

"Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to standard free breakfast and only offered minimal options such as pop tarts, cereal, bars, and often not enough coffee to fill a cup. Also, the parking was not great and made it difficult to get in and out."

"The room was clean. The property needs upgrades. There was burn holes in the sheets. Outside the property was alarming. There was a horrid smell of urine and lots of homeless people. Prostitution right outside. But it is 1 block from the beach."

"Guys, fix the elevators. One is out and it causes waits at the elevators, since they're already so slow. We waited at one point15 minutes for an elevator to go back to our room. Other than that it's an old hotel it's a little worn and everything was I'd say about three star clean maybe four. Totally acceptable for a a family, we normally stay at high end places so for the average person I bet this is a five-star. The rate made up for any lack of anything. Very affordable and great for families."

"MGM Tower is an excellent hotel. Great staff. Lovely view of the city. Good food. (-) Found mold on the ceiling of the shower. (+) Everything else was excellent, otherwise. I was comped free valet parking because of the issue in the bathroom. Will stay again."

"Rooms smell like smoke even though it’s non smoking,the gentlemen at night was not very friendly. Plus you get charged an extra $10 a night for parking."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. The hotel had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The room and common areas could have been maintained much better. The parking lot was also very dirty and gave a poor first impression of the property. While the excellent customer service made the experience better, the hotel really needs to improve...
