We booked ocean view rooms 3 months in advance and paid ahead and on checking in They give us different rooms which we did not like and were not the ones we paid for We had to wait for a very long time before they substituted different rooms which again were not the ones we paid for They never give us any credit nor offered and promotions."

"This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice...

"They say they clean the rooms daily but they just toss towels and toilet paper on your bed. There’s no place to throw away trash so it just piles up. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The location was awesome. A few minutes to the beach was exactly what we wanted, and not far from the boardwalk rides/etc. For us, the hotel is always just a place to crash in between adventures, but this place was pretty gross. The parking garage, parking garage entrance, and elevators all smelled of urine. It was putrid. The sheets were stained, the room was musty, and everything in the entire hotel (hallways, elevators, you name it) felt and looked filthy. The ocean view we paid extra for was...
