"The room was quite spacious and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot but not a microwave. The closet was very large which we really appreciated. We ate breakfast and lunch in the casino food court which was very convenient and had lots of choices. The Margaritaville cafe had good coffee and pastries. We chose to eat dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and Caesars Palace."

"I like the spacious room and walk-in shower. Water pressure and hot water are great. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. I wish the bed could be larger to sleep two average size adults comfortably. It feels a little cramp."

"We attended a concert at the Hard Rock in Atlantic City and booked a room for the night. While the concert was excellent, our stay at the Hard Rock was far from it. After checking in, we went up to the room to get ready and immediately noticed the toilet had clearly not been cleaned. It was dirty all over including the lid, the seat, and also underneath with what appeared to be smeared blood. It was extremely disturbing and unpleasant. I called to have it cleaned but was stalled for about 10...

"The only thing I didn’t like it, it was that the ending charging me $50.00 from my debit card for not reason , I just give them my DC to charge $20.00 at the convention center, I hope is was just a hold for incidents, which I wasn’t inform that I have to pay"

"This hotel didn't have bugs. The sheets were clean, but the rooms need some attention. Towels were rough. The stairway leading to hotel needs carpet replaced. Great location."

"Very convenient location. Parking in 10bucks a night. I recommend leaving your keys with front desk and parking in the front. The complementary breakfast is very convenient and satisfactory."

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "

"The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends."
