"The check in system is the worst I’ve ever encountered. We stood in line for over 1 1/2 hours. And we had to leave to catch a show we had perviously purchased tickets for. When we came back. We were assigned a room that had non functioning AC. We slept in a room with a temperature of 84 degrees. There was an industrial fan in my room that was loud and did not cool the room. The next day we asked and received a room with working AC. The staff were nice but the check in system is dysfunctional or...

"The property was situated well on the Broadwalk close to the beach and many casinos are within walking distance. The view of the beach/ocean from the room was unforgettable. Problem was staff. Place is a condominium/time share with rentals-not a hotel. Sensed an aristocratic air of residents vs renters with staff being less gracious to renters since stay only temporary. Other problem was initial room had a leaky toilet and no hot water from any of 4 faucets. Room was changed but not fun...

"The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

"Their corner restaurant was great! We had an issue with our key and they arrived in 2 minutes to help us. They were nicer than nice. The people above us were so loud and very inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel."
