"i had to wait an extra hour for my room and i asked them to add an extra hour after check out time because i waited the hour and they accommodated me . room was clean, elevators are very quick, staff is nice and the only thing is they did not provide toothpaste ."

"Expect front desk to be unhelpful for over half of your stay about trying to switch out of a room because you have asthma and don’t tolerate the cigarette smoke from the hallways. Also check your shampoo and body wash before it being too late at night, and no one is responding to your ask for refill for a late shower."

"We stayed for four nights in July. Both the outdoor Bier Garden pool and indoor adult pool were wonderful. We initially stayed for 3 nights but extended for another night. "Carpet was disgusting! Sofa was disgusting. The elevator was not working. People staying there were saying it sure didn’t look like that online!"

"Check in was extremely slow, we got to our suite to find no bedding for the sleeper couch. Spoke to reception twice and was told to pick it up at reception as we were going out. We got back to be rudely told that it wasn't kept there and to call when we got back in our room! Called twice, the young lady was very pleasant this time, we told her we had our door propped open. The guy didn't even announce himself and literally threw the bag on the floor. Glad we were only there for one night."

"The beach views are breathtaking. The entire property could use an update. Everything is dated and as a result quite dingy looking. There are minimal staff around. The doors to get in and out the hotel are a nightmare! (they are always locked, so you need a key card to open them and to get out you have to press a red button and push with your entire body to get the door to open!
