"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!"

However the hotel looks very tired - my room had broken fixtures & sockets, ripped dated furniture, and no hot water in the morning. The bar had ants crawling over trays & cat vomit on the carpet. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price but it was a bit grim"
