"The room was massive and clearly newly decorated. It was let down on the first night by the previous occupants filthy towels still being in the room. The other major issue with the room is the noise. The room is at the front of the hotel and the noise from the revellers outside and the sound system just below the room meant no sleep. There should be a new word for places that charge you to stay but you can’t actually get any sleep. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the cocktails...

"We’ve stayed a few times at Hotel Indigo. Since our last visit the hotel has been refurbished. Reception & bar looking nice. We stayed in corner balcony room this time. On arrival staff lovely as always. Room was very spacious & modern since the refurb. Super comfy bed. Unfortunately the hotel would benefit on further checks including house keeping & maintenance. "Great place to stay - just didn’t hit the mark for 5* . However the staff were amazing, and some parts of the venue were gorgeous. Shower was v good! Very comfy bed. Just the size of bed, some broken tiles, let it down a fraction but either way great location and would stay again."

Shower over bath too powerful to keep water sprays in but no time to indulge in the bath! Had 3 large windows looking down on the busy quayside traffic but soundproof windows worked. "We liked the central location of the hotel. Queen Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. Staff were helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. There's no car parking with the hotel but a discounted rate was given for Times Square car park 10 minutes walk from the hotel."
