"This hotel is in desperate need for refurbishment. The fixtures and furniture is dated and the building itself is so old that you. It think it’s a hotel. The room I got given had a non functional AC. The telephone connection in the room was non functional too. There was no water bottle in the room. You have to buy it!!! The hotel staff had left the room windows, I suppose because the AC wasn’t working. I would not recommend this to anyone."

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. "First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one. From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble.
