"The apartment was spacious, the kitchen area was perfect for breakfast with coffee machine etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Well positioned to walk into the city. "

"Really lovely apartment. Hadn’t expected separate sitting room but it proved perfect for entertaining my son and his friends for drinks before going out for dinner. Kitchen perfectly kitted out with espresso machine, microwave. Dishwasher and even champagne flutes. Slippers and robe another nice touch (robes are a bit small). This is our 3rd stay at an Urban Creations apartment and there is no need to look any further if staying in Bristol."

"Staff were very welcoming and warm. Room is luxurious, clean and charmingly decorated. L'Occitaine soaps and shampoo. Only a 6 min walk from the coach station, near Cabot shopping area. Would stay here again. "

"This was my second stay here. Wonderfully situated near The Cathedral and safe to walk around. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I might suggest they put a robe in the room but I imagine one would be available upon request. "

"Top notch ambiance. Lifts are old but very fast and never crowded. Cool soothing Jazz/triphop beats in public areas and bogs. Low accidental slashing risk as most edges and corners are rounded (key concern for blood thinner medication patron). Unusually thick toilet roll (Can you share where you source these?) . Black light testing on pillows raised STD concerns"

"Nick is such a lovely and helpful host and the place is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you need. Unfortunately it was raining all the time so we couldn't explore the area as much as we wanted to but that's UK weather for you. I'd happily go back to the cellars and would like to stay at the orangery too. "

Near by a mall, 15 mins walk from old city, 5 mins drive from the GwR station (Bristol Maple Meads). Cons: no safe in the room and no closet."

"Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us). We had a problem staying connected to the wi-fi, my husband works in IT so was able to fix this, but probably needs looking into further by the owners. Also the...
