"Hotel was lovely modern but with an old school twist. Pianist in the bar, silverware on the breakfast tables and impeccable service by the wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay, lovely waterfront position. Great food in the river Grille and fabulous cocktails on Ricks. "

We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room.
Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. "

Staff were really friendly and helpful too
I recommend staying at this resort if staying in Bristol for a short spell and have activities going on in and around the area.
Location is perfect for accessing the shopping centre and local sites. "
