"The rooms are small , hard to move around with luggages"

"The place is extremely organized. Each guest is assigned a locker for luggage. The rooms/capsules are clean, Free ramen and for breakfast you get a free curry. Toothbrush towels and robes all provided. The building is a bit older and has a faint musky smell which to be honest I didn’t notice anymore after 5 min."

"A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. It is conveniently located in Otemachi for business meetings as well as for tourists to to go to ilthe Imperial Palace, city centre or catch metro. Good facilities in terms of launderette, wending machines, tea and coffee with snacks and a wide selection of complimentary toiletries. The only negative is that there is no gym, but then again, bring your trainers and go for a run around the palace."

"Absolutely love this hotel and this area, we have stayed here 3 times now. Great location, very peaceful but within easy reach of the metro system to be connected to the rest of Tokyo. Staff are always friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and although rooms can be on the smaller side, they are well kept with good facilities."
