"There’s none nail spa and breakfast egg station for omelette no other cheese available except powdered Parmesan which is not for omelette and egg station cook not friendly at all I greet her twice I’m sure she can hear me and still no response it’s seems she is not happy working "

"Staff wasn't the friendliest. Room wasnt as clean as they make it seem. And to top if off they said if i dirty any little thing i would be charged extra. Like did they want me to mop and deep clean before i leave the room? Restrrom wasnt the cleanest, neither was the shower or sinks. "

"This location is not close to many things its difficultly placed where a cab is best used to get places, the rooms were fine they had basic amenities but lacked water in the room but they have a cooler, they didn't have slippers... everything else was fine but again basic amenities for a great price... the AC only worked well on turbo mode the units were mediocre but again for the price good and the staff was very kind"

"One of the best hotels in manila for sure. i ask a late check out at 2pm at front desk upon check in because we have a flight at 8pm and they told me free of charge plus the concierge/bellman was helpful on our luggage and they suggest to book a grab instead of taxi. "

"I needed a place to stay for 8 hours since I had a midnight flight and was unable to book a half day rate at the hotel I was staying at the previous 3 nights. It was clean but Sogo seemed designed for couple checking in without luggage and probably not spending the night (if you get my meaning). It was worth the price just to have a place to leave my luggage and head to Mall of Asia to waste time before my flight. One clean sheet on the bed and the bedding and towels came in a plastic bag."

"Place is kind of isolated but security is really tight, which is, in my case, a plus and makes me feel safe. No walkable restaurants though. If you use Grab to go around, it can really be a bit expensive overtime. Overall, I have a good and wonderful stay. Awesome staff. "

"Ok, if you want a fantastic place, great location, perfect grab rides to anywhere (our room to Terminal 3 for $5, can’t be beat and that’s with luggage) super poc Kim and a few other great helpers, this is the one you want to rent, if it’s available. And the room…very nice, spacious super fast wifi with multiple users and no noise!!! Beds are super comfy, a/c’s are fantastic splits, and the location can’t be beat. Steps, yes steps away from Okada without paying that price. Fantastic deal! "

"The room was clean and comfortable, the only downside was they only gave us one bottle of water, but quickly brought us a couple more. Breakfast was good and came quickly, we will stay again next time we are in the Philippines "

"The property has insect problems. Took over 24hrs for them to even address my concern and then change my room. New room was adequate but then the microwave didn’t work. At this point i was fed up and just dealt with it until i checked out. Will not stay at this property again!"
