"It was a little bit lipstick on a pig-ish. Photos look nice but the actual rooms are pretty beat up. However check in and check out was a good experience and staff was very wonderful. "

"After the high price paid per night, we still had to pay for early check in. Destination fees are too high and not negotiable. Rude messages are on display in the hotel bathroom telling you they will charge u $20 per item if you take the toiletries after your stay. Other hotels give u toiletries complimentary but not hyatt, very stingy. I would not stay again as i felt exploited. Many other options in manhattan who give you more. The bistro downstairs is overpriced too. Hot water also took forever to kick in, had to leave the shower on for long. "

"Our recent experience at The Wallace hotel was during our visit to see our daughter while she is in school. We searched for a place nearby her and The Wallace turned out to be an outstanding choice. The hotel impressed us with its cleanliness and the staff were consistently pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. The upgrades throughout the hotel gave it a modern and comfortable feel. The lounge was very comfortable, adding to the overall experience. It was truly a great place to stay, and we are returning the next time we visit. "

"Location wise this was great. Right by Times Square. Asked for quiet room and we had no disturbances from other guests or traffic outside. Staff were very helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The only issue was that the room was a bit on the small side for family of 4 with teens. Especially the bathroom. We had to manoeuvre to get past each other and the cupboard space was also inadequate. For a couple though this wouldn't have been an issue. "

"Our room was clean, but very small. We had an awful view, unfortunately. We looked down at some rooftops. Do you mean everything? Which ones did you choose which style the other one the yellow one here like the other style better it looks good just small, right bring the sweats fit. OK the sweats fit OK I took a picture and I took a picture of you. Wanna bring it bring it cause we’re gonna have them order it. The size size medium a little bigger or a lot better."

"We checked into the room and it smelt like here in we complained it came and cleaned it it’s still smelt then we went to another room less superior downsized we asked for a late checkout we went out came back to the room it was clean and then I was charged $200 either for an extra day and we want our refund "

"Great staff great hotel"

"Great location near Radio City Music Hall and Central Park. Not a big fan of Resort fees especially when you feel it is not a resort. Also paid for 2 people for breakfast and the name of the business on the card did not match the vendor for breakfast but they said that is place. They were out of croissants and would not change the 2 croissants we paid for the one muffin they had so we had to pay for that. Staff at the breakfast store were very rude and told hotel staff which also did nothing to make the situation better. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay for the breakfast upfront or maybe consider other hotels in the area. Less then a block from NY Subways but so are many other hotels."
