"Nice hotel - I liked my room. The front desk staff were great and the keeping staff were great also, collectively they work tougher to make your stay a pleasant one. They have breakfast, I didn’t try it thought BUT every morning the breakfast area was lively and everyone seemed to be enjoying their breakfasts. "Staff was very attentive super clean and well kept rooms. $6+ bottle of water in the room is a bit prices but there are stores very close by to grab snacks and drinks if you need them. Would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel Belleclaire was a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back! Stayed at Belleclaire for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location. We loved the complimentary wine and jazz evening in the hotel bar and loved the breakfast bakery. The hotel staff were AMAZING and can’t thank Maria, Benedict, Amanda, and Sean for making the weekend so so special. Maria helped us get into our room early after an early traveling morning. We all already want to come back and for sure will! "

"This is my hotel whenever I travel to Edgewater/NY. I love the convenience of not being in New York, but 1 20 minute Bus ride to New York. The bus stop is located right across the street from the hotel. The staff is always polite and I appreciate walking into a building that smells wonderful. My room is always clean and tidy. I will always stay at the comfort Inn when I am in the area!"

"The only thing that I was disappointed was the manner Lisa at the front desk was very rude, when we arrived and walked in the front desk was unattended no one there and the house keeping manager Maria talk to house keeping staff like she's their Mother that lady shouldn't have that position at all. Unfortunately won't go back because of those people . Mrs.Fina was the only educated person that I was able to speak with. Thank you. "

"We didn't attempt to use the wifi, so we can't comment on that... the TV isn't a smart TV, just a few cable channels. The bathroom had some hair in it. Room waa clean otherwise. Definitely outdated, but easy check in and they offered it early (1pm) upon arrival. Great access to an easy transit station. Honestly, better restaurants to choose from than midtown. "

"I stayed at this location for 6 days with my family due to family member loss. I was extending my stay on the go since I didn't know for how long I was to be there. Every time there were to send me a code to get access to the building/room, but the code was giving issues every time. One night it was about -3 below and I was outside for about 30 minutes with my spouse and my two little kids. That was just really bad specially after coming home from a funeral at nighttime. The room was not 100%...

"Mouse traps all over my room"

"This was the worse experience I have ever had using Expedia or any other private hosting service. NYPD had to be called to rescue us from our room after a fight between the owner and her son broke out in the living room. The police supervisor advised us that this location is a know narcotic drug spot and advised against any future stay. We left immediately and were fortunate to find other last minute accommodations."
