"We were looking for vintage Kauai, not cookie cutter resort (been there, done that) and Kauai Inn delivered. They had me at "oldest Inn in Hawaii" and sold me at free parking and no resort fees. Bonuses, excellent breakfast with estate grown apple bananas, 24 hour coffee and tea, peacocks, laundry and..... free use of beach towels and brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs for the whole stay. We LOVED this stay. Chris and Phillip Phlop 😆 were the best hosts and the entire staff was lovely....

"The hotel rooms need a refresher for the amount they charge. Food at the pool is poor. The upscale restaurants are very good. Staff is friendly and my wife said the spa massage was very good. Paid $22 for a premium margarita and was given slushed iced water. Location is probably one of the best on the island. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.
Go out to Koloa for food and drinks."
