"The Dairy is a very well presented accommodation, has everything needed, Very clean and nice and quiet setting Is in easy striking range for local attractions, eating & shopping. We enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will re visit again. Also we were given lots of helpful information About the surrounding area prior to arriving So was able to have our plans on trips while staying. Thank you."

"Great property. When we ran into troubles with the hot tub the owner was super responsive. The only downside was that there were only 2 towels so I recommend taking towels for the hot tub if you plan to use it."

"Booked for 1 night stay whilst in Chester, check in was smooth and very friendly staff on reception. We requested a late check out of 1pm and this was accommodated without any issues. We were escorted to the room which was an Executive room but it was extremely dated and curtains needed to be fixed (which we did ourselves). "Really beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms have an amazing view and comfy bed. Really spacious bathroom for just their standard size room, and really powerful shower. The only slight disadvantage is that the room had no heating on but was very warm somehow, so we had to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast had a good selection of choices, and fresh eggs."

"We went for breakfast at 9 am, it closed at 10 and the hot food that was out needed replenishing. What was there had been sitting a while. Staff in reception, spa and restaurant were excellent and the best part of the stay. The hotel needs updating, rusty pipes in the pool area, padlocks given to lock lockers, dated decor in rooms etc. It isn’t a 4* property."

"Excellent breakfast. Great location for local attractions. Every single one of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Treats for the kids on arrival which was a bonus. Nice little pool which we all enjoyed using. "

"The premises is dated and very basic but suited my last minute plans. Not the cleanest in terms of the shower room and very noisy as doors slamming in the tiny joint/communal room access area immediately outside my door awoke me. Don’t rely on the buses nearby as I waited almost an hour for a bus to the city centre and gave up in the end. No shops nearby. If you require any get it before you arrive. "Easy to find, great parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and plug/charging points in thr main room. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, although they did give me a poached egg. Staff were friendly."
