"We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night."

"This venue was not our original location we were planning to stay at, but it ended up being the one we enjoyed the most. Highly recommend. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, great breakfast, and convenient parking."

"A/C worked well on 100 degree day. Acceptable shower head. Room layout was terrific. Amenities (stove, full size fridge, dishwasher), all worked as new. My dog was welcomed by staff- no issues. Good TV interface and wi-fi. Key cards worked perfectly. Lovely hotel."

"Loud loud loud. Thank goodness for earplugs. I could here the people across the hall, and they weren't even that noisy. Place felt musty and needed a deep clean."

"The staff at front check-in are very helpful. However a few things caught me by surprise. There is no microwave oven in the room, and some of the furniture needs updating or replacing as the ottoman and sofa was worn in room 417. Don’t think they had a pool., and buffet breakfast runs $15.99 unless purchased in advance. Parking is free and literally next to the King of Prussia mall. Like a few tenths of a mile."

"The property was conveniently located near Valley Forge, The King of Prussia Mall and connecting expressways to New Jersey and Downtown Philadelphia. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had asked for a crib which did not appear until our second night at the property, although we had reserved it in advance. On our last night some sludge creeped into our bathtub. The maintenance folks showed up the following day. We were offered to change rooms, but the new room didn't meet our needs....
