"Parking ok I've gave this a bad review as idiots on motorbikes from 11pm till 2.15 am flying around in adjacent carpark and couldn't get any sleep. It's about time police done patrols to stop this anti social behaviour. We were flying early from airport so did not get a wink ov sleep"

"Booking was easy, however, the writing was on the wall from early on during our stay. The cups in the room were ring stained, like they were washed out, not washed up. When we asked for a clean cup; rather than changing the dirty cup for a clean one, staff made a point of inspecting the cup and saying it was rinsed but maybe not scrubbed. "The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The decor is older but good quality and the price for a hotel in lovely grounds with a pool and spa can’t be scoffed at. Close to Edinburgh and cheaper than a basic chain hotel in Edinburgh."

"滞在3日目になりますが、部屋の掃除をしていない。 滞在2日目には、部屋の清掃をお願いするタグをドアに掛け午前８時前に外出し、午後６時過ぎに帰って来ましたが、部屋掃除のタグがドアに掛かっていたので、掃除をしていない事も想定し部屋に入ったら、ゴミもそのままで別途メーク無し、タオルの交換無しでした。 結局部屋に入らない、何の意味が部屋の掃除のタグに有るんですか❓ 今回はイギリスの e-VISA申請に不備が有り、日程変更しましたが。 日本のオペレータからその旨、変更可能か確認して頂きましたが、NGでした。 予約時に予約キャンセルの場合には返金なしを選択の為、この件に対しては納得出来ましたが、部屋の掃除をしない事は違うと考えます。"

"The room was modern and clean, however, the shower in the bathroom was a concern. Getting into the shower required stepping over a high tub which can be difficult for seniors. There is a glass partition which was not secure (hinged) and felt like it would swing out if you accidently leaned on it. Not the safest bathroom I have been in."
