"We booked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport, and its free airport shuttle. We weren’t expecting a luxurious stay, but that’s what we got! From the hotel decor, to the cleanliness and decor of the rooms, to an amazing dining experience at the restaurant, to the great customer service, to the ease and luxury of the shuttle, this hotel experience was five-star!"

"Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. "Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"
