"Lovely and helpful front staff. Can't beat the location for convenience to the airport - in sight and just a ten minute walk though there is also a free shuttle that runs frequently. Also a convenient bus stop out front for a bus that takes you right into the city for touring (~15 minute bus ride). Had room service from the hotel restaurant - excellent. Very nice hotel worker delivered the food (he had also lived for a while in my own hometown - Boston, MA!)"

"Beds were very small and hard with a lot of wear to the headboards. Did not sleep well. Upgraded to balcony room, but nowhere to sit, so wad not useful. Food was great for dinner and just marginal for breakfast. Staff was very kind. Decent property, but definitely not luxury and not worth the price."

"The stay just ended on the wrong note with what looked like a 10cm/10cm blood stain in the entryway of our room. We were lucky enough that they had other rooms available. The second room bathroom sink smelled like pee. Just really not what I am used to from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Really disappointed from a cleanliness standpoint but hotel looks cool and is 10 minutes walk from the airport."

"If I could give a minus score I would. It was advertised as a hotel that provided an airport shuttle. They do not. No one at reception and no eating facilities until Dinner! Nothing by the hotel except car lots. Room was worn and carpet and furniture stained. My room was an adjoining room with no sound proofing between. Food and coffee was terrible. Certainly not worth $178 a night! Would not return."

"The grounds are beautiful and historic and when we drove up I had high expectations for the interior. I would not consider it anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The room was in a poor state, and paint was chipping from every surface, and the carpet was split down the center of the room creating a crater, in addition to being frayed and shredded. "Do not be fooled, this is, AT BEST, a lower tier hostel accommodation. It is extremely affordable, but you will end up paying for that in travel costs to and from the city, airport, port, etc. there is no tram service nearby. Additionally, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the bed was not large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The staff was extremely kind and were the bright spot of experience. If you are looking for bare minimum and the cheapest possible...

"We stayed there three nights. I would have been a good place to stay for a night or two. We didn't use their restaurant because it was closed most of the time and breakfast there was more expensive than the restaurant right next door. Parking was convenient."

"Very nice accommodation and close to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and the woman who showed us to our room was extremely nice and helpful! I just wish the shower head (rain shower style) hadn’t been so big compared to the actual space in the shower, as there was no space where water wasn’t being sprayed and so I had to wet my hair even though I didn’t want to. Also, the street is a bit noisy but nothing too bad. Overall, a very nice stay!"
