"This hotel was just okay, in my opinion. The room was very outdated, with old carpet and the shower valve was broken or something because the water came half out the shower and half out the bath spout. The breakfast was great and the location to shopping outlets was also nice. The beds were comfortable enough. I would stay here again, but if you are looking for modern or nice looking this hotel doesn’t impress."

"The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay close to Edinburgh airport. One travels 4 stops on the tram from the airport and the hotel is right opposite the Gyle tram stop - very easy and way cheaper than hotels right at the airport. The hotel seems new and everything was fresh and clean. The air conditioning worked well in my room and the room was thoughtfully laid out. "The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. "

My husband and I initially booked it for two nights but there was a bright green safety light in the room that illuminated the entire space and could not be turned off. Management advised that this was a mandatory safety feature. Unfortunately, the light was so intrusive that neither of us got any meaningful sleep.
