"Expensive parking add on. The gym and spa left a little to be desired. The cold shower for after the saunas was not functional. The changerooms were co-ed only which made us a little uncomfortable. I feel like not enough space for privacy was available. As well as you had to pay for locker use. Not a bad stay pre flight as very close to airport but felt like was over priced"

One travels 4 stops on the tram from the airport and the hotel is right opposite the Gyle tram stop - very easy and way cheaper than hotels right at the airport. The hotel seems new and everything was fresh and clean. The air conditioning worked well in my room and the room was thoughtfully laid out. "A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Quiet, but close to walkable must see locations. The people working were wonderful and kind and upgraded us on the second leg of our stay. The only complaints we had are a couple times items that we requested be brought to our room were not brought, and some fairly large dust bunnies on the floor. Despite that, I would stay again for the comfort and location!"
