"Clean and comfy room"

"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

"Room was not well kept, hardwood floor was scratched all over, bathrooms were not totally clean. Front desk staff were not that helpful. I wanted to ship some item back to my home the person in charge of shipping was not the helpful. I ended up walking to near by UPS to get help. I wanted the hotel keep our luggage while waiting for our ride back to airport I had to pay cash for that service. Generally staff service was not satisfactory, specially for premium price we paid."

"A perfect oasis during our busy NY week. Bed was comfortable, great shower pressure and bathroom amenities. Did not hear any neighbors or street noise. The view out 4th floor window was a charming cluster of buildings and fire escapes. The bar was inviting, classy and jovial (we caught the end of the insane knicks comeback playoff game with excited guests). "Staff was great. Very attentive, hard working and kind. The only things I would encourage the company to work on is tending to their drains and pest control which I know can be difficult in such a busy part of the city."

"I asked for a quiet room with one bed and was given one in a very quiet corner of this big hotel. It looked recently updated, very clean and comfortable with excellent bedding, towels and amenities in the room. Fast elevator. Good vending machines and very good restaurants. Located in close distance of Penn station and walking distance to midtown attractions. Welcoming and professional staff."

"The hotel was great. Perfect location to get around the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The men at the doors were very polite. The only thing wrong with the hotel was that on the 41st floor the shower water pressure was a trickle."
