I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress. I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, property was reasonably clean. "

"When we arrived the people at reception were so helpful, courteous and kind. They carried our very heavy bags up to the room for us. The room was clean and tidy. It was made up while we were out which is unusual these days unless you ask for it. It felt like they went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay."
