"The entrance of the hotel is sweet and pretty. The location is wonderful because it’s right next to the underground tube station and very central in Kensington. That was the best part of the hotel, the location. However, I stayed on the first floor and the AC barely worked. The air was blowing well and you couldn’t adjust it. I should’ve complained, but I didn’t and at checkout, I let them know and they didn’t seem to care. I should have complained before. So if you find the AC, not working...

"Stayed in the access room which does require using a lift to get down to it but the room was clean and spacious for such a compact hotel. A seat in the shower could be a good addition, and the bed is a little high if you have difficulty transfering but overall I was happy and would stay again."
