"My room was very comfortable and breakfast, as always, was good. I ate in the dining room one night and that was sub-standard to say the least. My heat in the room did not work, so 24 hours after I reported it, two men came and looked at it but did not fix it. Luckily I was given a plug-in heater, so it was okay. I always enjoy staying at the Rembrandt - and it did not disappoint in location, convenience, breakfast or basic comfort."

"The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. But oh dear don’t buy drinks at the bar. I was charged £48 for 2 glasses of red wine. This was daylight robbery and a shocking way to treat residents. Pity because it spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay."

100 Queen's Gate Hotel London Kensington, Curio Collection by HiltonKensington Selatan
8.6 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (1.002 ulasan)
"100 Queens Gate is a refurbished set of townhouses, with fully reconfigured interior.
The best part of the hotel is the service and the decor.
The not-so-great part is the room itself had some weaknesses that needed to be remedied.
1) The wardrobe closet door squeaked hideously. Was fixed after complaint.
2) The HVAC was hard to understand and erratic. Sometimes the room was too hot, sometimes too cold, and incomprehensibly cooling when it should heat and vice versa. The hotel needs to do an...

8.8 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (1.003 ulasan)
"The hotel was in a nice area and staff were helpful. The shower was good and the towels were fluffy.
The room setup, however, was lacking space to store anything so we had to live out of our suitcases. There was also minimal shelving in the bathroom to hold toiletries and the toilet paper holder was non-existent. The bed is very low to the ground. The plug was a little too far from the mirror so you couldn't blow dry hair while properly seeing what you were doing and the mirror in the...

"I arrived at The Adria late at night as the result of a major air travel disruption, not having done my usual careful review of hotel choices on Expedia, but what a wonderful experience it turned out to be! The Night Manager on duty when I arrived was exceptionally helpful and kind in helping me settle in, and the next morning the General Manager and all of his staff were again exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as I worked to re-book my flight for the following day. The hotel...

Gem Strathmore HotelKensington Selatan
8.2 dari 10, Sangat bagus, (1.001 ulasan)
"The cleanliness of our room, on the fifth floor, was okay, though decor, furniture and fixings a bit ‘tired’. On entering room we noticed a couple of flies buzzing around bit disconcerting on a cool mid October day. Maybe they flew in through the window that was left open? The room itself was rather small and the narrow high windows made it feel smaller. The large double bed meant you had around 1.5 ft gap to navigate around the foot to get to the only side with a bedside table (no room on the...
