"Nice beach "

"Extremely overcrowded everywhere. Screaming kids at every pool except one which is full of drunk adults. If you want a beach chair you need to put a towel and lotion on it or good luck finding one. Not a peaceful place. "

"Pool was great, beach was great. Water park was great. However , No room towels it was a hassle to get shower towels. One day our water was brown and they messed up our room assignment. Refrigerator didn’t work but they replaced it. Bathroom set up had no privacy. Overall enjoyed our stay just disappointing with certain setup and obstacles. "

"The continental breakfast didn’t have anything; they always say it's finished. The front desk staff was very rude. They made a mistake and never admitted it or tried to make accommodations to fix the error. When I requested to speak to a manager, they never provided one; instead, they called security staff to come and resolve the issue, which is a front desk problem, not a security issue. "

"Great resort. Very hard to get reservations for the restaurants. "

"I can't wait to come back! My family and I had so much fun. All the staff seemed to be working hard, and I didn't find them to be overly motivated to try to get a tip. For the most part they seemed to genuinely be trying to ensure you had a great experience. My only feedback is that I wish there were more garbage cans available throughout the property, but I understand that the lack of might be to avoid rats, cats, etc. That being said, there was always a staff member around that seemed to be cleaning and tidying. I hope the Princess resorts at other destinations have the same quality/standard because I plan on staying at one for my next trip."

"This resort was wonderful! Our third time in Punta Cana, but our first time at this resort and we absolutely loved it. The restaurants were fantastic and had a nice variety of selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians The amenities were very well kept and clean. The entertainment was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for a home away from home. The pool was lovely with many spots to spend your time. Should you wish music, entertainment or quietness. The beach was beautiful and cleaned every single day (You also did not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to save a beach lounger there were always plenty available). Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond for us during our stay, and we couldn’t thank them enough for being exceptional human beings and fantastic at their job. It truly comes effortless to all of them. We thank you for making our vacation so memorable each one of these staff members should be recognized for their exceptional and excellent service. "Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Entertainment did lack a lot but it was very beautiful and relaxing staff was great our room was great right in front of the beach. The beach was the best part of our trip. "
