"El hotel es muy bonito y tiene muchas amenidades, bares muy completos, sports bar con mesas de billar, teatro y varios restaurantes con todo tipo de comida. Tiene varias albercas muy comodas y limpias y las habitaciones estan muy amplias, al igual que los baños. Hay una construccion a un lado del hotelnque hace un poco de ruido, pero en general el hotel esta excelente. "

"Todo está hermoso, atención de primera por parte del personal. Súper bonita la habitación, el jacuzzi y las albercas. Fue una estadía muy muy linda, sin duda quiero regresar otra vez. "

"Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us."

"The room and the hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help with whatever you need. This hotel is right on the main road which is busy but the noise is not bad once you're in your room. I imagine it might be different if you have a room facing the street. We had a junior suite on the second floor with a kitchen. Everything we needed, utensils, dishes and pots and pans. We did some breakfast cooking in the room. Included is a blender, so we bought fruit and made out own...

"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away.
