"Location fantastic, staff the same, everything great"

"On arrival at 2:45 for 3pm check in we were told by the girl it was £15 for an early check in, at £1 a minute we said no thank you we will sit in the car. We said there was coffee pods in the room but no Coffee machine, she said oh I don’t know, so that was the end of that. Next morning with another guest we were trying to get into the pub area, only to find both doors were locked. "Excellent welcome from Concierge taking our car, great guy. Good reception staff. Arrived back in evening for a drink after dinner, bar staff fairly dismissive that I was an inconvenience from one young lady especially.took a while to get served probably around 15 minutes after being told to go sit in the lounge. Still I won’t let one rude member spoil an enjoyable stay. On departure again the concierge was very helpful and friendly."
