"Can’t beat the location. Room was great. My only complaint is the towels were thin and cheap. Definitely bring headphones or earplugs….you can hear others moving around and traffic outside. Had to park about 1/2 mile away but that’s expected with the location."

In a great location for access to the ferry terminal (recommend Dry Tortugas National Park trip) and dinner at Cafe Sole! Old Town Bakery also right around the corner. "

"Nice place - be ready to pay more than you expect with hidden fees not included in Expedia costs. Parking was $50/day and other service fees- ended up being an additional $450 for 4 days (not food/drink- just nonrefundable fees.) Then there’s the $400 refundable they take on top of that. Not cool."

"The amenities you may consider to be free are actually not. For a fee of over $50.00/day you are paying for them, including the free continental breakfast. However, the location was perfect for us. Convenient to the action but not in it; trolly stop close by and only 2-3 blocks from Duval Street."
