Staff was wonderful. Property is obviously old which is to be expected in Key West. It could use some sprucing up, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa
Lovely resort with wonderful staff. We had slight issue with housekeeping missing our room one day and also not providing wash cloths but would still recommend as you can't beat location! No private beach here but small public beach access next door.
