Hotel All-In di Key West

"I would rate the property of three star. It could be better. The one thing I didn’t notice on my first Barr bill when I walked in as they automatically give you on the bill at 18% tip, but you don’t realize drinks are pretty expensive all over Key West but when you have $100 bill you don’t know there’s 18% included than you tip on top of that I think they should say something but they don’t so that was a problem for me. The rooms are clean but they could use a makeover and I also was told by $50...

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were very polite and accommodating. We ate at the bar and the food was great. It was nice to have free parking just below our room. The grounds were well maintained. The beach was across the street from the hotel and was not owned by the hotel. We did not have time there due to our other activities. The shuttle bus to downtown Key west was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Was an act of god to get fresh towels and general housekeeping. When they did get around to housekeeping, it always seemed like an inconvenience. Key card wristbands generally stopped working each time we left the room. Became usual practice to go to front desk to get wristbands reactivated. Waiters/waitresses were rude. Every interaction always seemed like we were bothering them. Became uncomfortable to ask for anything to the point where we just went to Publix to get groceries/snacks...

"Great views and great combo of sunning areas with lots of available chairs, at the pool, on the dock, and in the two separate sand areas. Also really cool that there was direct access to the ocean to swim and right next to (steps away from) a small public beach. "
