The staff are all welcoming and extremely helpful making sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. Rooftop pool was an oasis. The room was cute, but had to dock a star for slow water draining in the shower and a white light that would flash now and then in the room overnight. "Ann from the front desk was absolutely amazing. She coordinated our activities and a car service to Sapa. She also helped us order food after room service had closed. She even paid for the delivery and allowed me to pay her in the morning. I cannot express how much I appreciated her wonderful service. I will return because of her dedication to taking care of her guests. 10 stars!!!!!! Hotel is very well cared for. It’s vintage and super clean"
