"Such a wonderful hotel with loads of character"

"We booked the Junior Suite especially for the bath. The room had a funny smell and after we used the bath the floor drain didn’t work properly and the water ran back into the room. We informed the staff and they cleaned up the water and did something to make the smell disappear. Handy location and a pleasant place to stay."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön, bis auf das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer. Störend für den Partner der noch schläft."

"Ame er ikke et fullverdig hotell. Bed&Breakfast passer bedre selv om frokosten var veldig enkel."

"Great location near major shopping and restaurants/ cafe with just 10m walking distance. Also next to an MRT and a tram station, making it easily accessible to and from anywhere in the city. Great service by the staff."

"Amazing hotel, great building, was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with amazing views. "

"The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in."

"Notre séjour était super. Le personnel était convivial, la chambre était propre et les commodités parfaites. Les fruits et le café étaient gratuits. Ce fût une attention que nous avons grandement appréciée. Nous étions bien situé, un secteur calme avec les transports à proximité. Une marche de 20 minutes pour se rendre à la gare centrale de Rotterdam."

"Great hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was tight to get into but once in it was a large car park. Room was a great layout for 4 with great tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice."

"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. The Haven has a restaurant that appears to be only used for the breakfast buffet which was very good with plenty of options. We would definitely consider staying at the Haven on our next visit to Rotterdam. We visited the DO restaurant in the...
