"This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there."

"In the explanation they said WiFi at 25mps in each room, there was no WiFi even the TV in the room couldn’t connect!!! They said they had a parking lot, they don’t it’s just street parking, Free 6pm-8am"

"This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We saw the proprietor when we arrived at the property. He said our room was ready, although we were very early. My partner was delighted with the box of breakfast goodies. The fridge and microwave were welcome extras.. Clean linen, big room, great locality. No negative points at all."

"The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service"

"Super lieve gastvrouw Lucie , warm ontvangst. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met zelfgebakken fantastische cake ( mijn man werd nog gelukkiger haha) en vers fruit, alles om de dag goed te beginnen. Heerlijk bed , dus goed geslapen . Zeer schoon. En de auto ( gratis) op het terrein van de B& B mogen parkeren . Arundel kasteel minder dan 10 minuten lopen . Veel restaurants in directe omgeving, maar B&B ligt in rustige straat. Top adres , thank you Lucie!"

"Beautifully decorated room with a very comfortable bed and most importantly the best pillows ever. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner but breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future."
