"I had a great stay at the Residence Inn Boston Dedham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy Place and the commuter rail, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the pool and the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"room service only cleans the bed and change towels. no clean on bath tub and floor. other than that, all is good. breakfast is excellent!"

"We walked past numerous sections of carpet that were soiled or damaged. There was evidence everywhere of issues with leaks or A/C equipment. We walked past four different areas where there were hoses draining water from ceilings and into plastic buckets. We had no A/C in our room, only heat. The outside temperature had been in the mid 80s during the day. The windows in our room didn't open. I can't say enough good things about the staff they tried to help."

"Breakfast started late. The food was not set for 7am. Guests had to wait for food and drinks to.come out individually. That took a long time. Not good at all."

"Stayed with wife and kids 9+4 for a kids tournament. Staff were great , breakfast was great. Rooms are really outdated though. The staff still clean but it's just old carpet and finishes that look dirty and have rips in them. Again not the staffs fault but a little push by ownership and some upgrades, this place could be a real find. Great area. Bowling alley and games arcade a 1 minute walk across the parking lot."

"The hotel was clean, the beds comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The property itself was extremely dated and the bathrooms not well laid out. Really not up to Marriott standards. I feel like we severely overpaid for a mediocre property."

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."

"The front desk staff were truly nice and helpful. It was nice to have a friendly chat after a day of travel for the World Cup game. The lobby was clean and decorated, and they even had welcome packets with information on local businesses. Some parts of the hotel is a bit worn out but it was safe and clean."

"One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Feels like they never spent even a dollar in maintenance or renovation. That place is falling apart. Shared bathrooms! The only positive thing is their staff, very friendly."
