"The the hospitality of the staff was amazing, Very helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was a continental breakfast. It would have been nice if they offered, yogurt, bagels, or Waffles. The fresh fruit every morning, with eggs and meat Gave you your protein to start the day. The initially the room was clean other than more dusting could have been done. Our housekeeper, Keep our room very nice and fresh everyday. The location was really good. Walkable scenery with shopping and eateries....

"改装中でしたので工事に伴う不便さはありましたが、スタッフの気遣いでカバーされました。 部屋は非常に眺めの良いお部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。宿泊したフロアは工事をしていなかったので静かに過ごせました。 キッチンがあるので購入した材料で作ることができました。毎日外食が続くと胃腸が疲れてくるので助かりました。近くにハレクラニベーカリーがあり、朝、焼きたてクロワッサンを買ってラナイで海を眺めながら食べると幸せな気持ちになりました。 ちょうど帰る前日にエントランスの囲いが取られて新しいエントランスをちょっとだけ見ることができました。来年は完全リニューアルしたカ・ライに再訪いたします。今から楽しみです。"

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. It took awhile to figure it and few other guests were confused too who were checking in at same time. Rest of the stay was awesome. It was so...

"The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead. "

"The hotel was excellent. Right in the heart of waikiki dining and shopping. A 4 minute walk to the water to swim. The partial ocean view was plenty for us. The room itself was very clean as well as rhe lobby area. Only the hallways could use some revamping."
