"The staff at The Bear Inn are terrific: it’s a family-run business and nothing was too much trouble. You soon will get to know everyone’s name a they will remember yours; it’s the little things that set a small country Inn apart from the bigger and soulless enterprises. Check-in was easy and, although we originally planned to stay for a couple of days, we were made so welcome, decided to stay for two more. "3 nights. Nice clean hotel, lovely helpful staff, room was fine, comfortable double bed, maybe could've done a chair in the room, and there was just about space for one. Breakfast was nice too, good quality bacon and sausages, although somewhat limited choice for a longer stay i.e no fruit, no cakes or croissant etc. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Congleton."

"Wonderful cottage, a perfect size for our family of 4. The accommodation is on a working farm but was quiet throughout with lovely gardens. Alton Towers was a short drive away as well as sports for hiking / nature. "
