"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. "Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."

"Great location to easily walk to all the area attractions, historic sites and shopping. Family room is a cool design but tight for a family of 4 with luggage. Glass shower and bathroom needs be more private for a family space, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!"
