"Charming hotel with very friendly staff that is a great central for day trips to Windsor, Hampton Court, and London. The train station is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is kitty corner to the Thames. You can walk 5-10 min to restaurants, or enjoy the one at the hotel. Room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The car park for guests is the icing on the cake."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off.
