"The Queen’s Head is wonderful all around! Very classy without being stuffy…beautifully decorated, very spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice amenities such as crystal drinking glasses, a kettle and an Italian coffee maker, and a fridge with glass bottles full of water and milk, all complimentary with the room. The pub is just beautiful as well, and the food was delicious. The staff are a lovely bunch. Loved my stay here!"

"The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in and assisted with the “keyless” entry. Please be aware that seniors need a little extra time to process the technology! I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand.
