Convenient for transport to and from London with a pleasant bar and beer garden to relax in at the end of a busy day in the city. "The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

"The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"Have had many stays at the MILLENIUM. Stayed in a club room but the “happy hour” amenity was no longer happening. Would have liked to have been informed on booking as this was a nice feature. But far worse, black mold on the tile under the sink!!!! Gave me the heebie jeebies every time a sat on the toilet. The Grand Lady in general is looking a little dated. There was one front desk clerk who was less than cordial, however, remainder of staff were great, ad usual."

"The positives: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spaces were absolutely spotless.
Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation."

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."
