"We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston."

"This is a very unique restored mansion within a fairly easy walk to downtown Kingston. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had been advertised through Expedia as having a bay view, and it didn’t, but that was no big deal. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. All in all, a great experience."

We didn’t even book this hotel initially- we were moved over by another hotel as they were hosting evacuees. "Breakfast was decent ,parking was good outside our window to keep an eye on things. One thing I thought was weird is that at Saturday breakfast there was a lady who brought her pet dog into the breakfast area and sat at a table with the dog into the room. This was not a service dog. I saw one of the staff speaking to her but she and the dog stayed. We left and returned when she was leaving. I can’t imagine the issues if this dog were to use the floor or the bench for a bathroom break."
